🕒 Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ Non-returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g. earrings)

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
